SLEEPS 10 (12 if you add carriage house) NO PETS NO SMOKING Your family will love the comfort and location of the highly desirable Village Walk gated community off of 11th St, where you can walk to the beach via Access Rd 1A. There are 2 community pools with loungers and a covered cabana for shade that your family will love. The House sleeps 10 as a 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom House. For an extra charge you can add on the self contained 'Carriage House' which has its own separate entrance and Sleeps 2 guests, bringing the total capacity to 12 People. NO EXTRA FEES Living Area The living room is open to the kitchen /dining area and has a sectional couch and a few arm chairs. The living room has a flat panel TV with Satellite and WIFI. There is a desk with WIFI if you need to do some work while on vacation. The staircase leads up to the 2 guest bedrooms and a reading nook. There is a ½ bath off of the living room too. FREE WIFI Bedrooms The master bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a king-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms. The 1st one has a queen bed. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and a twin/twin bunk bed. These 2 upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The add on carriage house is above the garage and has a private entrance. It has a king-sized bed and a futon in the sitting area. All the bedrooms have flat panel tv’s with satellite. Bathrooms The ½ bathroom off of the living room also houses the washer /dryer. The master bathroom is ensuite and has a walk-in shower. Upstairs there is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Add on carriage house also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Kitchen The kitchen is open to the living room. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic kitchen items. There is a large dining table to seat 6-8. Outside on the porch there are also a table to seat 4 and the side yard has a BBQ grill with some patio chairs. HEATED Swimming Pools The covered front porch has a bistro table and chairs. The side yard has a BBQ grill and patio chairs. There are 2 HEATED community pools with loungers, a cabana for shade and a restroom. Parking There is a strict 3 car limit (4 car limit with rental of the carriage house) This includes golf carts. 3 parking passes will be included, 4 if you rent the carriage house. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage. There is limited parallel parking in Village Walk. All vehicles must have a parking pass or towing will be enforced at the expense of the guest. No boats or trailers of any sort are allowed in Village Walk.
